Since this was my first "opportunity" to have surgery, etc. I cannot say an unkind word about the treatment I received. All staff....from the doctors, nurses, assistants, dietary....all were outstanding in their respective roles.

I drive in from New Mexico to see Dr Pedersen. Despite leaving with plenty of time, I arrived at few minutes late. They were wonderful in accommodating me. I would have waited all day, but they got me in. I recommend this clinic to everyone who asks about a great place to receive care.

When I went to the ER at Banner Hospital and mentioned I was scheduled for surgery with Dr. Pedersen, they commented, "Oh, at St. Mary's...he is agood one", which gave .me comfort that the surgery was going to go well. Dr Pederson came prepared having throughly looked at my past medical history, prior exams, stating he had access to the Carondelet system to retrieve past medical records. His medical knowledge of my problem was evident! He asked open ended questions with a through exam. His plan for additional tests, medication regimen and follow up once completed gave me confidence that my problems would be addressed. He provided a time for me to ask any further questions I might have.
