I have been a patient at this office for years. When my primary doctor switched out of my network, I was assigned to Dr. Mariana. I was skeptical at first. She looked so young and I was dealing with a serious complicated issue that took years to diagnose. I am glad I gave her a chance. She is so good and listens to everything I have to report. She doesn't mess around and gets me to whatever specialist I may need quickly. She is great! I highly recommend her.

This is ROBERTA GARRICK and I had a doctor's appointment yesterday I believe? It Was with a nurse practitioner Karina Marana or something like that, i'm sorry, I forget exactly what it was but it was a pretty lady who cheerfully took me back to her office, +introduced herself. I Had filled out the paperwork online before I went there at 9 AM and I did not have to wait at all !!! I've never had a doctor's appointment go so smoothly!! She was Polite +anticipated what I wanted +needed as I was talking And she followed up with everything I needed. I was totally impressed And I am just stunned because it was so smooth +the best doctors appointment I have ever been to !!! she was a Nurse Practitioner! Thank you!!!

My FNP, Kerina Mari Mariana, is intelligent, articulate, and patient. I give her additional credit for being fast amidst computer challenges and limitations, which are beyond her control. Thank you Kerina for staying in the profession, which was stressful pre-covid and remaining dedicated during and after covid! I have unusual challenges due to a rare medical condition called anaphylaxis to pain medication and antibiotics. Sadly, I'm often challenged amidst extreme weather challenges that fatigue me and affect my appetite. I also have bilateral sensori-neural hearing loss, which is challenging amidst background noise. To summarize, I require a lot of specialists and insurance coverage limitations. Kerina was up to the task and helped me to get back on track. I think the check out process has improved immensely since my last visit during our nation's transition into the challenges of covid. I often don't present well, when I don't feel well or am fatigued. Kerina was very patient and understood to not take It personal. I also am committed to being patient and will do my best to not transfer my fatigue and frustration onto her and/or other staff, like Melissa, her medical assistant, who also deserves credit for prepping me and updating information needed for Kerina to succeed, as it's a team effort. Lastly, the check-in staff assisted me to ensure I was registered properly. I appreciate all team members amidst my own technology challenges. Thank you so much!

My physician informed me that due to my responses about my previous admits to Banner Healthcare E.R. Visits, dates of service, scheduled surgeries & exact time/dates as well as accurate information..that she was requesting emergency transport to Banner Hospital. Dr. Kerrina Marriana was concerned about my cognitive cabilities. I decided to comply and I followed all required attention to complete my safety and health needs.
