Dr. Howe serves as a governing board member for Providence Children’s Hospital. He is Board Certified in Pediatric Surgery and earned his Medical Doctorate from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. He currently serves as the Assistant Professor of Surgery and Associate General Surgery Residency Director at the Paul L Foster School of Medicine. He has been published in numerous research publications to include The American Surgeon and the Journal of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery.
