Dee Margo is the Chairman and CEO of the John D. Williams Company for the last 30 years and is currently the Mayor for the City of El Paso.  He is the founder of the Border Fund, a non-profit foundation providing over $26M in charitable grants to local volunteer groups.  He is the principal partner in Operation Noel, providing over 13,000 coats for needy El Paso children.  He most recently served as Board President of the El Paso Independent School District, and was recognized by the El Paso Inc. with the Community Spirit Award.  Mr. Margo served as a Texas State Representative from 2010 to 2013.  He received his Bachelor of Arts, Economics and Spanish from Vanderbilt University, and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
